We all have a universal vocation, which is a call to holiness, but did you know that God has a specific vocation for each person’s life? Whether it’s marriage, religious life, or consecrated life, each primary vocation is like a unique path that God calls each person upon to 'spread the Kingdom of Christ' (CCC 863) while journeying nearer to Him.
Each year the Sisters of the Holy Family of Nazareth host discernment retreats for young women to come and spend a weekend with our sisters learning about community life and Jesus. These weekends are not only a great time for women to learn more about the religious life, but also to understand how to listen to the voice of God, and allow others to accompany them on their journey of finding their own vocation.
We joyfully extend an invitation (and invite you to extend an invitation) to any young women (age 18+) to come and spend a weekend with our sisters in Grand Prairie, TX and learn a little bit about our life and love for Jesus! Each weekend will be filled with fun, fellowship, and prayer.
